野茶是武夷山最原生態(tài)、最有機的茶種，自古享有“萬茶之源”之美譽。因為長年自然生長在武夷山的深山叢林中，海拔在1200至1800米之間，無法人工種植，采摘極為不便，故野茶的產量稀少。正是因為生長環(huán)境自然獨特，野茶混合了多種不同的茶葉特征，給人一種很奇特的味道。用巖茶工藝加工的野茶，即屬于巖茶中的奇葩。
Being the most primitive ecological and organic variety, wild tea has been enjoying the name “source of all tea" since ancient times. The production maintains a low level because wild tea grows up in deep mountains and forests with an attitude of 1200 to 1800 meters, and could’t be cultivated and planted and is difficult to pluck.
